Alight is a leading provider of integrated benefits, payroll, and cloud solutions. After successfully relaunching their brand they needed a website to reach and resonate with the enterprise C-suite and consumers, while going up against well-established players like Fidelity, ADP, and Workday.

Iris rebuilt their site from the ground up, building out a robust set of templates and CMS elements to set Alight up for success. As an expert on the brand, I advised and refined creative, as well as developed all imagery for the main site launch.

After the initial site launch, I took on a leading UI/UX role developing Alight’s new Insights section, which featured a blog, resources library, thought leadership section, and executive blog.
